이번 포스팅은 봉고3 썬팅 직접 시공한 DIY 포스팅 입니다.

썬팅 DIY는 이번이 처음은 아닙니다.

배여사 첫차인 티뷰론터뷸런스 일명 죠스바 터비를 처음으로 썬팅작업을 해봤었죠.

그리고 두번째는 지금은 다른주인을 만난 뉴포터! 썬팅을 해봤는데... 터비는 나름 괜찮은 퀄리티였지만... 뉴포터 썬팅은 대 실패...

쭈글쭈글해진건 아닌데 밑쪽이 살짝씩 올라오더군요.

 

무튼 이러한 경력?이 있는데 샵에 갈까 말까 고민끝에~ 실패하면 성공할때까지 재주문 한다는 생각으로 직접 시공을 선택했습니다.

일반 썬팅집에 가면 봉고3 더블캡 기준 국산 제일 저렴한걸로 측후방 돌리는데 10만원

(기존 썬팅필름 제거비용 제외)

앞면 7만원정도 입니다.

 

앞쪽은 시공안한다고 해도 10만원... 10만원이면... 다른거 할수있는게 많이 있겠죠~ 그래서 그냥 인터넷으로 주문했습니다.

인터넷으로 측후방+전면 썬팅지 포함 18000원!

필름농도는 측후방 15%

전면 20%

 

전면썬팅지는 열처리가 안되었는 제품인데... 초보가 직접 앞유리 썬팅 하실꺼면 무조건 열성형 되었는 제품으로 구매하세요!

이유는 아래에서 계속~

The film concentration was 15%

The front sunblind is not heat treated ... If you are going to sunblind directly to the windshield, purchase it as a thermoformed product!

도착한 썬팅 피륾에도 DIY 직접 시공으로 비용절감 이라고 적혀져 있네요~

 

경기도 안좋은데 조금이라도 아껴 직접 시공해보세요~ 크게 어려운것은 없으나 요령이 필요합니다.

실패할꺼 생각하고 2대분 주문하시면 충분히 하실수 있을꺼에요~

윗 포스팅 보시면 배여사덕분에 완성된 작품?들입니다. 물론 업체보다 퀄리티가 떨어지긴 하지만 그래도~ 흙손인 저보다는 랩핑같은거 훨씬 잘하네요.

 

아 썬팅 DIY 준비물은

헤라,칼,주방세제를 2~3방울 넣은 분부기만 있으면 끝!

헤라는 보통 썬팅필름 구매하면 함께 옵니다.

 

그리고 기존 썬팅필름이 있는경우 벗겨내기 위해선 스티커제거제나 열풍기가 필요하긴 한데 ~ 전 그냥 덧방 시공했습니다.

기존 썬팅필름이 50%정도로 그냥 썡유리급이라 떼어내기도 귀찮고해서 그냥 덧방 시공하기로 결정했습니다.

 

Ah Tanning DIY preparations

Hera, knife, kitchen 2 to 3 drops of detergent, if you only have a tip!

Hera usually comes with the purchase of the Tanning Film.

 

And if you have existing tanning film, you need a sticker remover or hot air blower to peel it off.

It is annoying to remove the existing tinting film because it is just glass of 50%.

 

 

썬팅방법은 검색해보시면 많이 나오니 패스하고 그냥 썬팅 팁? 히도리만의 팁? 이라 하면 썬팅필름지를 부착하기전 밖에서 일단 한번 부착하세요 크기나 좌우 한번 맞춰보시고 필름이면지를 벗겨낸뒤 퐁퐁물을 듬뿍 바르세요.

우린들은 초보들이니 퐁퐁물을 엄청 많이 뿌리세요. 차가 손상될 정도로요!

퐁퐁물이 많이 묻어야 필름위치이동이 쉽습니다.

물기뺄때 힘들지만 그래도 퐁퐁물 많이 바르는게 좋은거 같아요.

 

그리고 창문을 살짝 내린뒤 윗쪽부터 맞추고 창문 다시 올린뒤 아래쪽라인부터 잡아가며 시공하세요 옆쪽은 크게 어려울꺼 없고 윗 아래쪽만 잘 잡으면 측후방은 매우 쉽습니다.

 

If you are looking for a way to do it, Hidori's Tips? Please attach it once outside before attaching the Tanning Film. Adjust the size, left and right, peel off the film backing sheet and apply plenty of Pong Pong water.

We are starters, so sprinkle a lot of water. To the extent that the car is damaged!

It is easy to move the film position with a lot of water.

It's hard to get rid of the water, but I think it's a good idea to apply a lot of water.

 

Then lower the window slightly and align it from the top. Raise the window again and grab it from the bottom line. The construction is not so difficult on the side, and the rear side is very easy if you hold only the top and bottom.

 

 

짜잔~ 완성된 뒷쪽 창문 입니다.

15%로 결정하기 잘한거 같네요.

 

뉴포터는 5%로 작업했었는데 야간 주차할때 불편한게 있더라고요.

이정도면 뭐 꽤 괜찮은거 같습니다.

밖에서 실내도 잘 안보이고~ 딱 적당한거 같네요.

아 썬팅필름은 레드스타 썬팅필름지 입니다. 국산제품이고요.

자~ 이제 반대편 시공중인 배여사 입니다.

배여사가 대충 라인 잡아놓으면~

전 남아있는 물기 제거와 측면도어 아래쪽에 박스를 접어 시공한 썬팅필름이 일어나지 않도록 부착해주는 일을 했죠~

 

마감재는 꼭 부착해야됩니다. 아니면 창문 열고 닫고 할때 썬팅필름이 일어나서 재 시공해야되는 일이 생길수 있어요.

그리고 물기가 건조되는데 도움이 되기도 합니다.

그리고 혼자보다는 2명이서 작업하는게 편합니다.

썬팅필름 뜯을때 퐁퐁물 뿌리고 썬팅필름 잡아주고 등 혼자보다는 2명이서 작업하는게 훨씬 편하겠죠~

 

And it is easy to work with two people rather than alone.

When I tear out the tanning film, it would be much easier to work with two people,

 

 

썬팅필름 이면지 벗기기가 힘들때는 스카치테이프를 앞 뒤 부착한뒤 떼어내면 쉽게 제거가 됩니다.

 

If it is difficult to peel off the tinting film, it can be easily removed by attaching and removing the scotch tape from the front and back.

 

 

그리고 헤라를 사용시 보통 사은품으로 함께오는 헤라인 경우 플라스틱헤라가 옵니다.

물기 빼내는 작업할때는 플라스틱 헤라인 경우 타월을 감싸 작업을 하던가 아니면 사진상에 보이는 우레탄헤라로 작업하시기 바랍니다.

 

플라스틱헤라로 잘못 힘주면 썬팅필름이 찢어질수도 있어요.

 

And when you use Hera, Plastic Hera comes in case of Hera that usually comes with a gift.

If you are working on a plastic hera, you may want to wrap the towel around it or work on the urethane hera shown in the photo.

 

If you force it wrong with a plastic hera, the tinting film may tear.

 

 

덧방 썬팅작업되었는 부분입니다.

촛점이 안맞는데 잘 보시면 일자로 선 보이시죠?

 

기존 썬팅필름은 빽밀러를 보기위해 앞쪽은 잘려져 있는 상태라보니 덧방작업을 하고나서 기존 썬팅필름 자국이 남았습니다.

그러나 보통 일방적으로 작업되었는 썬팅필름이라면 덧방작업을 해도 자국이 안남고 깔끔하게 작업이 됩니다.

 

윗쪽 뒷도어 작업된 사진을 보시면 전혀 자국이 없는거 보이시죠?

The existing tinting film is cut to the front to see the back mirror, so after the tinting process, the existing tinting film marks remain.

However, if the film is a one-sided tinting film, even if you work on the backsheet, it will be clean and unprinted.

'전면썬팅은 꼭 열성형 작업이 된 필름지 사용할것!'

 

자 ~ 이제 대망의 전면썬팅 작업 입니다.

 

열성형 되어있는 전면썬팅필름지도 인터넷으로 구매가 가능하긴 한데 가겨차이가 한 2만원정도 비싸더라고요.

뭐 열성형... 오고가고 하며 샵에서 어깨너머로 열성형한거 봤었는데 뭐 까지껏 직접해보지~ 라는 생각으로... 열풍기도 있겠다... 배여사와 유튜브로 열성형 하는방법 대충 보고 직접 도전해봤습니다.

 

Now ~ It is long-awaited front tanning work.

 

Though the thermoformed front tanning film map can be purchased on the internet, it cost about 20,000 won.

I have seen that thermoforming ... coming and going, and thermoforming over the shoulder in the shop, but I thought that I would try it myself ... I have a hot air ... how to thermoform with Mrs. Bae and YouTube. .

 

 

그러나... 숙련자가 아니니 전면썬팅필름 열성형... 엄청 어렵습니다.

아니 요령을 모르겠더군요. 어디를 열을 가하고 어디를 평평하게 해야되는지...

 

그리하여 전면썬팅을 대 실패...

 

전면썬팅은 무조건 열성형 작업된 제품으로 구매하시기 바랍니다.

 

측후방은 굴곡진 부분도 없고 요즘 컴퓨터로 정밀재단되어 출고 되기때문에 정확히 맞아떨어지는데 전면은...

 

나중에 재도전 해보기로 하고 실패!

 

But ... not an expert, the front tinted film thermoforming ... is very difficult.

So the front tanning fails ...

 

Please purchase as a product that is thermoformed unconditionally.

 

There is no curved part in the rear side of the side.

 

I decided to try again later and fail!

 

 

측후방만 완성된 모습입니다.

생각보다 진하죠~

 

아 그리고 봉고3 더블캡인 경우 뒷좌석 접는방법을 몰라서 ㅜㅜ 후방창문이 살짝 삐뚤어지게 시공이 되긴 했는데 ... 그래도 이가격에 이정도 퀄리티로 완성되었다는것에 대 만족중입니다.

 

배여사도 이제 밖에서 실내가 잘 안보여서 봉고3 타고 영화관도 갈수있겠다고 하는군요. ㅋㅋㅋ

 

깔끔하죠?

 

작업한지는 2주정도 지났는데 현재 일어나는부분도 없고 아주 만족중이랍니다.

I do not know how to fold the rear seats in the case of a double-cap, but the rear window was slightly creased ... but I am satisfied with the quality at this price.
