등기우편물 방문수령시 필요한 준비물, 방문수령가능 시간, 등기우편 찾는방법

오늘은 등기우편 부재중일시 직접 수령하는 방법에 대한 포스팅입니다.

 

우체국택배 같은 경우는 전화번호가 적혀져 있어서 집배원분이 전화가 옵니다.

그러나 등기우편인 경우 전화번호가 없는경우도 있고 꼭 본인수령(법원등기)을 해야하기에 본인이 없거나 가족들이 없으면 수령을 못합니다.

 

이러경우 집배원이 집앞에 우편물 도착안내 메모를 하나 부착하고 가지요.

각 동마다 우체국이 틀립니다. 방문해야할 우체국은 안내장을 참조하시면 됩니다.

울산 달동인 경우 다행히도 남울산우체국입니다. 바로 코 앞이죠.

그러나 본가에 있을때는 웅촌면등기우편을 남창까지 받으러가야되는 아이러니 한 일이 일어나죠. 바로 코앞인 무거동이나 서창으로 가도 되는데...

 

무튼 우편물을 찾기 위해서는 등기도착안내장을 꼭 지참하고 가셔야됩니다.

남울산우체국에 도착했습니다.

우체국마다 등기우편 찾는곳이 틀리긴 한데 보통 1층 창구에 위치해있습니다.

남울산우체국은 친절히 곳곳에 안내판이 설치되어 있군요.

커다란 표지판으로 안내가 되어 있습니다.

각 우체국마다 틀립니다만 안내판이 없으면 창구에 물어보시면 됩니다.

남창우체국인경우는 1층창구가 아닌 2층에 위치해있더군요.

등기우편물 방문 수령 안내장입니다.

방문수령시

수취인 : 본인신분증,등기안내장

사업자 : 대표자 신분증,사업자등록증 사본

(대리인일 겨우 방문자 신분증과 사원증 추가 지참)

 

대리수령시 확인서류

일반등기,일반계약등기,국제등기 - 대리수령인신분증, 가족인 경우 가족관계증명서(꼭 떼가야되가야됩니다.)

 

대리수령이 안되는 우편물은

법원등기,특별등기,보험등기,본인지정 계약등기 입니다.

대리수령이 안되니 무조건 본인이 방문하셔야됩니다.

Operator: Copy of representative's ID card, business registration card

(Bring your visitor ID card and employee ID card as an agent only)

Mail that is not accepted

Court registration, special registration, insurance registration, contract registration of the person.

I do not have a surrogate, so you have to visit me unconditionally.

등기우편 방문 수령시 시간은

주간 : 09~18시

야간 : 18~20시 입니다.

토요일에는 09~13시 입니다.

 

야간이나 토요일에 방문시에는 등기교부창구가 아닌 당직실로 방문하시면 수령할수가 있습니다.

일요일이나 공휴일에는 방문하셔도 직원분들이 없으니 수령할수가 없습니다.

 

더욱 확실한것은 등기도착안내장에 적힌 담당집배원분에게 전화하시면 더욱 정확하겠죠?

Weekly: 09 ~ 18

Night: 18 ~ 20 o'clock.

Saturday is 09 to 13 o'clock.

If you visit on Sundays or public holidays, there is no staff, so you can not collect it.

 

What is more certain is that it would be more accurate if you called the person in charge of the register on the registration receipt.
